Cancellation Policy and Booking Terms and Conditions
Please give 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel an appointment or 50% of session fee will be charged.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Regretfully late arrival will constitute reduced session time, but will be charged at the full rate.
All bookings where sessions are pre-booked require payment at time of the booking. All sessions can be purchased in courses of 6, however the full amount must be paid at the beginning of the course.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% & are subject to change without prior notice.

A cancelled appointment delays my work. When you must cancel, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice. I am rarely able to fill a cancelled session unless I know at least 48 hours in advance. If you are unable to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when you cancel, you will be charged the full fee for your session unless I am able to fill it with another client. The only time I will waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency.
It is recommended that payment is made at the time of booking as it helps to increase the session time for therapy. It is also preferable to book a course of sessions for the client to feel that there is continuity and support on an agreed on-going basis.
